BrainSigns was born as a spin-off company of the University of Rome “Sapienza” in 2010. Its core expertise lies in recording and performing high- quality analysis of brain and other bio signals to apply neuroscience in many different fields. 

The applied signal recording techniques are at the frontiers of scientific knowledge and combined with expert scientific methods of the University’s High Resolution EEG Lab, led by prof. Fabio Babiloni among the top 2% of World Neuroscientists.

Applications are provided where monitoring, instants by instants, instinctive reactions of a human person can generate value for a company with respect to their customers, communications or products.  In many years of experience, the company has developed powerful algorithms for biosignals processing and for assessing mental states in out of lab conditions. BrainSigns has also patented two EEG headset design and developed “mindtooth system” and BS Reader software. Renowned for its excellence, the company has received multiple prestigious awards.
