We offer research services or software developments always referring to such philosophical approach. It means that:

  • recording of bio-signals is always carried out with certified technologies, respecting the same protocols required in the medical field, requiring signed informed consent to people involved in measurements.
  • data analysis and storage are conducted in full compliance with the GDPR and with consideration for the latest AI Act provisions.

People involved in research trials are: 

  • free to ask the objective of the research and to suspend the trial at any time, and to request the deletion of their data during or after the study.
  • informed in advance about the methods used for data processing and storage.
  • informed about the general purpose of the experiment in advance and and can request further details about the research objectives after the experiment is completed.

All data is processed and stored within the EU, strictly complying with European GDPR regulations. Particular attention is due to the emerging legal and ethical issues related to the field of “neuro-rights” and neuroscience applications. In  particular, regarding Neuromarketing application BrainSigns also adheres to the ethical code recognized by the members of the “Neuromarketing Science and Business Association” (NMSBA Ethical Code details).
