The IRT tests, proposed by BrainSigns as a new way to measure what is not easily expressible, were also discussed at Giunti Psychometrics' Mental Health Days 2025 event.
It was a very interesting two-day event, full of training and networking, dedicated to psychological safety and mental well-being in workplace and in clinical settings. During the event, BrainSigns' scientific director, Prof. Fabio Babiloni, gave a speech entitled:“Neuroscience and implicit biases: beyond words, inside the brain”.
During his talk, the professor explained how cognitive biases influence our decisions and behaviour, going beyond simple verbal communication, and illustrating the techniques currently available to measure them.
